The Weekend Itinerary
Friday: The welcome evening. A relaxed reception with dinner, music, and dancing.(The doors and welcome desk open at 18:00 and the program begins at 20:00)
Saturday: Our anniversary. Expect a full day of music, singing, performances, food, drinks, and fun.
(The kitchen opens at 14:00 for coffee, cake, and lunch($) - with dinner starting at 18:00 and the fest program beginning at 20:00)
Sunday Morning: A traditional Frühschoppen, accompanied by music and dancing. (Doors open at 11:00)
Travel & Accommodations
To make your stay in Windsor as comfortable as possible, we have arranged the following hotel accommodation:
Official Fest Hotel: Best Western Plus at 277 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON, N9A 5K4.
Note: We have a room block under the code "2611BAVAR" for a discounted rate of $139.00 CAD per night. Please book by August 31st, 2026
Event Venue Parking: VERY limited street parking available, consider using UBER/LYFT or VETS CAB 519-256-2621 from the hotel.
Food & Beverages
No event at the Heimat would be complete without some great food and Bavarian snacks. Your fest ticket will include one meal per day with additional food available for purchase all day such as: leberkäse semmel, bratwurst, obazda, fresh baked pretzels, schnitzel semmel, and more!

Beverages: A selection of authentic Munich beers, along with local wines, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic options will be available at a cash bar all day - everyday!
Performances (Dancing, Singing, Music)
Our club will be on display all weekend long joined by our friends from the Chiemgau! We would be honoured if your club would also perform by dancing, singing or playing music. We expect a full fest program, so please let us know if you'd like to join! There is a space in the ticket ordering platform to indicate your response - or email chiemgaufest@gmail.com anytime.

Carnations:
We will have bunches of 20 carnations available for purchase for $50.00 CAD. You have the option of red or pink and they will come with greenery. Payment for this can be made through the ticket ordering platform.
Tickets & Entry
All tickets include your choice of dinner on Friday and Saturday as well as your Weißwurst lunch on Sunday.
Other food will be available for purchase throughout the day.

Event tickets are available via the link below on a first come first serve basis for invited Trachten Verein. If you are not part of a Trachten Verein, but you are interested in attending this event, please sign up for our waitlist.
